To those who have used insulin effectively: Gear101, DecaDent, gearedup, choke, etc.
Here's what has been recommended:
insulin + MRP immediately post-workout
MRP or meal one hour later
MRP one hour later
The rule of thumb of 10g carbs and 3-4g protein per iu of 'slin has also been mentioned.
I assume this requirement is for each of the MRP's?
For the sake of discussion, let's say I work up to 8iu of slin, that would mean I would need an MRP with 80g of carbs and 32g of protein. This seems to be a MUCH higher carb-to-protein ratio than most of the MRP's out there - most contain around 30 g carbs and 40g protein.
So do you add maltodextrin or something or is there an MRP out there with this kind of ratio? Or did you mean a "gainer" like NLarge, which has 89g carbs and 52g protein?

P.S. Here's the nutrition information for all the pre-mixed formulas from proteinfactory. It was helpful to me to compare ratios... is one of these ratios optimum?:
