This is a post from Mike Arnold on another forum that I thought was very interesting and I agree with. Tell me what you guys think. I think Mike is registered here so if I'm not mistaken.

"If someone is consistently gaining new muscle each cycle, regardless of whether they are running full length or pulsing cycles, how can anyone say they aren't effective? They can't. For guys who are only going to use legal products, which means no injectables, I don't think it matters much whether you run 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks cycles of these products. The amount of muscle you gain is determined more by your total on-time over a given period of time. For example, if one guy does 1 week pulsing cycles of one week on/1 week off...and another guy does 30 day cycles, but only once every 3 months, the 1 week pulsing cycles will provide greater growth potential over a year period simply because the user will be exposing his body to the anabolic effects of the drugs for 6 months vs. only 4 months."
 
yeah makes perfect sense to me, the longer your on the more ya grow,
 
The article seems to support pulsing in favor of traditional cycle and pct because the user can take the compound for longer. But this is just not true. In theory it works. But I do not believe that twins of equal height, weight, training history would prove this theory correct.

This isn't the whole article so it is unfair to critique it too much. Mike wasn't suggesting pulsing over a longer cycle.

But you're assuming that someone goes into a pct. If they don't and just go back to trt, then pulsing could actually be equal to a cycle.

Have you ever tried pulsing? I think that this would work.

I have never used injectables.
I have never used a TRT protocol.

Although I have pulsed orals, twice.
With pretty good results.

I just don't think pulsing is the way to go.
For long term growth and especially for the average user.

Having said that. With a Test base. TRT or what have you. I do think that pulsing good be very beneficial.
But it would only make sense for certain compounds. FAST acting. I am thinking. M1T, Superdrol, Trest not Halodrol which takes awhile to kick in

I will look for and post the old prohormone pulsing protocols
 
Bumpy bump ... I've been reading more about pulsing because I'm more interested in slow linear gains and thought I'd see if anyone else had some input on pulsing.

I feel like pulsing with test underneath is a very old school technique. Any more thoughts?
 
I have a question on it... No ur HPTA w/ strong PH/DS maybe effected... Are we pulsing oral w/ test as a constant say those on HRT/TRT or just 1 week 2x a month using say Super DMZ 2.0 say 2 pills a day from July 1st to the 7th then from the 8-14th of then 15-21st on repeat the pattern solo just the PH/DS perhaps an AI during & no PCT? seems kinda iffy but IDK. Ideas/comments?

I'm on trt so I'm not thinking about this from a guy who gets his test from his body's perspective. And I wouldn't do week on week off cycles either. I'd probably do orals 2x a week for 6 months and see how that worked. At least that's what I'm thinking now.
 
I kinda like the idea to be honest, I was thinking of trying it this winter. I was thinking 2 weeks on 2 off with Tbol possibly just to bring it to an edge every so often. Interested to see some more responses to this post.

I pulse cycle year round like this, I am on for 24 hours, then off for 24 hours, then back on for 24 hours, then back off for 24 hours, I call it the every other day pulse cycle lmao

Ok I'm being a smart ass , lol, and no I've not done pulse cycles, but i have mentioned this before and i will again, I know a guy who use to swear by 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off all year round, and he was jacked as fuck and he also said his natural testosterone was never shut down, now that part I'm not sure about and i can't confirm that part obviously, but i do know he loved 2 week pulse cycles!
