Who here is using intra workout drinks, I have been using one from one of my sponsor's. Its the amino infusion matrix drink. I started using it about 4-5 workouts ago, and I have notice better pumps, (more intense pumps) and a slighty better recovery from my workouts. Its expensive the amounts im using, Im going threw about a bottle every 5-6 workouts, and it should last at least 12-15 workouts. But I didnt really notice much on the lower amounts. So I increased it to 4oz. (1/2 oz. is serving they suggest 2oz. for 200lbs) ...but is there any out there that would be better, or i could add into my workouts >?
