i came off my first 10 week cycle of d-bol test en and deca my wieght went from 230 up to 240 its now 4 weeks after and im down to 222 i droped bf but i had a high bf before 34%, and now its 22% ...yeah im still fat ... but lost alot ... can a start a cutting cycle early ..like at week 5 or 6 or should i be worried about wieght lost? kinda freaking out thats alot of wieght to lose in 4 weeks. but i have alot more muscle than before. any answer will be greatly appreciated. thanks for you guys help in advance.

How was your PCT??? I'm asking b/c you could've lost a lot of your gains if it was not up to par. If it was this may not be that bad. You say you got up to 230 @ the beginning of your cycle and you were at 34% bf. Now you weigh 222 and you are @ 22% bf. If you to the math you had a lean body weight of 151.8 before the cycle and now you have a lean body weight of 173.16 lbs. (222 x .22 = 48.84) then 222-48.84 = 173.16. That's a gain of 21.36 lbs with a loss of 12% bodyfat. Those look like pretty good results to me, but you have to be sure about your bodyfat measurements.
 
i was thinking the same thing spiderman quit looking at the scales and look in the mirror it will tell you all that you need to know. i weigh myself like twice when im cycling i could careless how much i weigh as long as im losing fat and gaining muscle im very happy camper.
 
wow, thanks for the math spiderman. even if you're not exact about your bodyfat the mirror should be a good indication of your transformation
 
my bf was checked on a hand held bf and a scale bf both were almost exactly the same .......i can see in the mirror alot of muscle was put on but the wieght lost just scared me. ..........this was my first cycle and had no clue of pct. ......next time ill make sure ill figure that out first.lost most of the wieght and gained muscle in the chest,back, shoulders, and legs but still got midsection wieght i need to drop any suggestion? my friend tell me i should start a tren enanthate ......masteron enanthate..... winstrol... ten week...... is it to soon at four week after my mass 10 week cycle

Id say its too soon. Wait a couple months, and in the meantime add a lot of cardio to your lifting routine! Treadmills, or stationary bike are really good. If your diet is tuned in right,and your training is right there, you should shed the bf!

It didnt take 1 day to put on, and its not going to take 1 day to take off!

I wouldn't even consider doing another cycle until you get your bodyfat in check. You've done a good job getting this low but I would have never recommended that you go on a cycle with your BF% that high. You should get your cardio and diet in check and then wait 10 weeks to consider going back on. I wouldn't recommend that you use Tren at this stage... a good rule of thumb is time on = time off
 
i will do exactly that ill do cardio more but what would be a decent routine biking and running is every other day good or 3 times a week ..... should i do before or after for what im going for... just curious. i think ill wait tell 2-3 mothes then check bf again... bumps for the great advice
 
in order to get your bodyfat down you should be hitting cardio at 4 days a week minimium and try and get it going for 45 minutes. You don't have to do the whole session as one activity, you can run for 30 and bike for 15 or stairmaster or whatever your choice but don't take any rest go right from one to the other and keep your HR up the whole time. I would concentrate on doing the cardio seperate from your lifting. A good method for fat loss for a lot of bro's is to hit it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then save the lifting for evenings or another session. Sounds like you've made impressive progress so far bro keep up the hard work and maybe look into some Aquaburn or and ECA stack to give you a boost. good luck

Yep, when losing a lot of bodyfat like you did, it can seem like you lost something, but when you do the math, you actually came out ahead. You have more lean mass than before and less bf. Looks like excellent results to me, too. You have a 22 lb increase in muscle.
 
you get out of it what you put into it, if you're goal is to lose weight, as in body fat and you diet and train like that then that's what your result will be. With the help of AAS the more muscle you put on the higher your metabolism and the easier it will be to burn fat. There is a point of course where you'll get diminishing returns, in other words you can't expect to gain the same amount of muscle and lose bodyfat every single cycle otherwise in a matter of a few cycles we'd all be Huge, lean monsters... but if you keep at it and are smart about it you'll get better and better.
