do u know the ratio of keto and clen that i should take to keep the clen effective.

i have heard 1mg of keto per 40mcg of clen should keep the clen effective for upto 2 months. is that true. what do u think.

doesnt the liquid clen come mixed together for this purpose?

It does come mixed but i just wanted to know that is it enough. from what i have found out is that it is enough.
