I took a week off from training cause I was training pretty intensely for the past 3 mnths or so and noticed that i was feeling rundown, not having the appetite to each as much etc so i figured a week off would do me good. I didnt lose any weight as I ate pretty good and got a lot of rest....the funny thing is now im back in the gym and im SORE AS HELL.....It's like I havent worked out in weeks where Im so sore....I worked chest on Monday and its stil sore in the pec delt tie in area, back is sore, and OMG my legs are some squats and leg press last night were so sore i had to skip a class on the 2nd floor today :upset: Is this normal guys? I worked shoulders today and I just know my traps will be sore as hell strait thru the weekend....The cardio helps a bit with the leg tightness but in the morning it SUCKS getting out of bed cause my ENTIRE body is sore
