Anyone know much about Flex Lewis? He is appearing at my gym next week along with a fitness model whose name I forget.

He's a cool guy, you'll definitely enjoy meeting him. One of the nicer guys I've met. By far the biggest dick I think I've met was the Hulk, such an arrogant fuck. Most guys these days seem kinda humble, Jay's a dick for the most part too. But I met these guys at the Arnold so they may have just been tired and fed up, but then again the other guys were there and they still seemed pretty cool

Saw Flex last night. Short dude, but the biggest arms I've ever seen. He said he might start working out in my gym occasionally as they are thinking of moving nearby. He had a very strange accent, so I could barely understand him. His bio says he is from Wales, UK.
