Lee Priest... it goes both ways. some use great form some don't. I know from observation over nearly 40 years that it makes a difference in longevity. For instance, look at Jimmy Pellechia, the MetRx strong man from the 80's. Absolute shit form. 3-4 grams a week. Jacked as hell. Now he can't straiten his arms out.
