just a few words of input. Yes it is a free country and you can do as you please. And I should not be preaching here (ex-cocaine user). One thing I have learned over the years is it is'nt the greatest thing in the world. The weed is your choice but look at your body as a temple. Don't put the devil in the temple. It leads to other uses. From my past I started with weed and went to speed, coke.......ect. You don't need it......it fucks with your judgement on life and others around you. Be stronger then this....Later

I use weed every day. Usually right before bed, helps me wind down.

Also in the evenings I usually don't feel like eating (rather just sleep on an empty stomach) but the weed makes me ram back some egg whites or cottage cheese and california mix.

I love weed, and honestly I believe it has helped with my bodybuilding by enhancing my hunger when I just don't feel like eating. I gave up drinking but it's nice to be able to socially smoke up with my friends and relax.

Calorie free intoxication is where it's at if you still want to party but don't want to fuck up your diet!

BTW, all studies linking marijuana to lowered testosterone or increased estrogen have been disproved.

Are you sure you didn't start smoking weed to cover up the hormonal imbalance in the first place?

i agree with you on this...a drug, is a drug, is a drug...it doesnt matter if you snort it, shoot it, smoke it...it is a drug...i am not saying it is right, but we live in a free country & everyone has their own opinion...i am not knocking anyone here...hey, if you do it...be careful..if you dont do it...more power to you...

I haven't taken the time to read every single post in this thread, but if it hasn't been said yet.... I've read several places that pot decreases testosterone levels, therefore making it harder to build muscel. I've cut out drinking alcohol lately and keeping from smoking bud has become especially hard. If you gotta do it, I'd just do it a few minutes before you go to sleep so you don't hurt your workouts as much. You have a hell of a nice night of rest, too.

I don't smoke marajuana very often. Maybe twice a year? But when I do, I love to hit the gym stoned :) I just wear a black hoodie, put on some hardcore rap and go into my own world :)


If you're gettn' high more often than once a month (even that's a little much for me), I'd say it's too much.

Everyone's different and free to use/do whatever they would like. We all know the risks.
