As far as useing the igf ,pin the area you last workout with,and rotate the areas you pin based on the muscle you last trained.
Say you train biceps hit that area 20mcg pwo each bicep(mon)
tues you train shoulders last, pin the delts 20mcgs each delt
wed no workout
Thursday last muscle trained
etc
the igf will last longer and your receptors will respond a lot better,thus much better results useing the igf~
Geezzzzz there are so many ways to use igf we havent even scratched the top of how to use or the results that you can get from useing!
