OK Bro. let me keep this in perspective for you - before you flame me straight to hell.
1. My 'completely fucked shout' which at no time used the words 'screwed up'... came with a prompt and complete APOLOGY, COMPLIMENT and RETRACTION. This was done immediately, and without request. I have the common sense to take responsibility for what I do, and don't do. To be frank - at the time, I was pissed that I have been asking daily in polite, friendly and normal terms, for a simple update of my order status - Nothing more. And when I saw that our friend in question had had time to post and to offer special deals, but made no time to reply to my PM's - it was the straw that broke my back, and I over-reacted. I quickly chilled - took the time to reconsider my harsh and 'fucked' statement, and gave an immediate APOLOGY, COMPLIMENT and RETRACTION. Side note: Presser if you are reading this, I 'again' apologise to you bro for what seems to have blown out of proportion here - and for this I do not take full credit - but do offer you my sincerest apology. You're a stand up bloke in my book. End of story sir.
2. Your statement 'if your product WAS RECEIVED hot'.., in bold and underlined font, frankly makes an implication which is NOT appreciated. You go on to say that it is not your fault ( agreed - I never said it was ), that you shouldn't owe me a new one, and that how the hell would he know how my mail system works.
Let me put you in the picture. I don't really want to go into the private messages exchanged during the negotiation of the sale - but you really are twisting my arm.
He would know 'how the hell' my mailing conditions are - because I TOLD HIM. CLEARLY - AND REPEATEDLY, before I agreed to the sale. You wouldn't know this, because presumably, in your rush to flame me in defence of Presser, you didn't bother to find out. Seems we both have had a little case of over-reaction bro. And I was big enough to admit to mine. This is not an attack on you, at all bro, but just a fair defence of this point.
This however is not, or was not the problem. In balance of this I need to point out, that our hard working Presser, has made efforts over and beyond the call of duty, to accommodate my delivery needs. He has worked tirelessly to ensure that I have been treated fairly and honestly, given that he achieved the sale, based on his delivery promise. There was an initial delivery problem - out of his control, which led to the item arriving hot. Not his fault, or mine, however he has worked closely with me to ensure that his promise will be met. He really has. We have established fair and honest negotiation of this matter, and has earned full respect in this regard. He knows full well that I am a man of integrity, and would not for any reason claim an item to be hot - if that wasn't the case, and similarly, I wouldn't expect Presser to be anything less than a man of his word. HE has my complete confidence. He is a man of his word. As I am. Period. Are we clear about this?
All I needed was to be kept in the loop, regarding my delivery. A second deadline had not been met, and all I needed was just a little note to say - it has been sent, or will be sent tomorrow - or anything at all along those lines. Shit happens. I'm human too. I fucked up and over-reacted when after repeated requests, couldn't get a simple reply to my multiple PM's. I've already apologised - profusely.
So to those out there bored of reading this thread - I apologise to you too. This is clearly a communication breakdown, one which I added to with my over-reaction.
I have no doubt that things will be cleared shortly, and I will continue to be a longstanding happy customer for many years to come. I have learned from my 'over-reaction', and I hope others will adapt their communication styles too. Many thanks for your patience and hard work.
Now I had better sit down. One more mouthful of humble-pie, and I am sure I will explode. I will post further thanks when my package arrives. Presser really is doing a great job. And everyone knows it. Cheers bro.
