Why the MC store and Presser are 2nd to none!!!!!!

Well let me start off by saying im not payed to say or give praise nor do we get free stuff. I just wanna say that Presser has gone out of his way this week to help me out. As some of you know i was having some gyno flair ups out of knowwhere. So then to make it all worse i ordered the wrong stuff. Presser reads my thread then pm's me and changes my order for me to what i need then next day airs my products to me so i could get this problem taken care of. The man is out 25 dollars on shipping just to make me happy and to take care of me. I cant say how much i appreciate him going the extra mile and i look forward to using his products as long as i can lift weights :) thanks again Presser and MC.

I second Get_Swole. My friends and I have placed some orders with he MC Store (Presser) that have been a little delayed due to personal issues that he was going through, but he always comes through. I've also placed some orders that have shown up unbelievably fast. In my experience, if an order has been delayed or if there were any problems, he always makes it up by throwing in some freebies. His products are high quality and he's a good guy to do business with. Plus, you always have the comfort of knowing "that guy in speedo" personally touched something you're going to integrate with your own bodily fluids.

I'd be happy to just get the fluids I paid for. I'm still playing the waiting game.

I'm sure he'll come through... eventually.

He's a good guy, for sure - but certain types of bathing costumes should be kept in front of the mirror at home, or for special occasions.

Hey! I'm not saying you're getting any extra fluids, by any means. I'm sure Presser maintains a completely sterile environment. I'm just saying you get to think about that speedo and his personal touch when you're pushing down that plunger (on your Tuberculin syringe without needle, of course, his stuff is not for parenteral use).

Seriously though, he'll come through. Send him a PM if you haven't already.

Personally, I'd consider getting out of the house a bit more... or failing that, the two of you can get together and decide on what costumes to wear for this year's Mardi Gras ;) ...not that there's anything wrong with that bro :D

99% of the time theres always more to the story. Most people will just leave out those parts lol. If it was IGF you can use it at room temperature for over a year anyways cant you? Thats what ive heard anyways and ive heard many people getting great gains from warm IGF.
 
One thing to remember here is we aren't talking about baseball cards, or action figures, we are talking about research chemicals. Things happen sometimes and waiting can be part of it. I had to wait for an order but Presser more than made it right. That was the only time I ever had a delay and you can look I have been a member here for as long as he has. He has always come through for me in the past and I must say the igf was worth the wait as well. He has been good to respond to my pms as well, especially recently. I hope your problems get solved bro.

I agree, these aren't general consumer goods. You should never plan to start a cycle of anything until you have all of the components in hand. Most vendors can take up to 30 days to deliver, so anything less than that is icing on the cake. Usually when someone is flipping out about an order taking too long, it's because they started taking 2g of test per week without having nolva or letro on hand or some crap like that - it's usually due to poor planning.

With that being said, I also hope that the two of you can reach a mutually satisfactory solution. In my experience, Presser always does his part.

Bro, not trying to add any fuel to the fire and this isn't directed just towards you but the kind of post that you made does indeed look bad for the MC store (Not to mention your completely fucked shoutout on the frontpage about how screwed up their service is. Everyone is welcome to check it out and judge for themselves if Presser's post was appropriate). If your product WAS RECEIVED hot due to your specific mailing conditions then it is indeed no fault of their's and therefore they shouldn't even owe you a new one. How the hell is he supposed to know how your mail system works? These are packed as well as possible for most conditions as he can't send a block of ice with it. lol. Also it should be put behind other new customers. I don't know if that is what is done, but that seems fair enough considering the circumstances.

If anyone in a similar situation decides to make a post like that on an open board they should be telling everyone that they have received their product from the get go and it will go over much better. This type of stuff isn't appreciated by those who help get your order to you as quickly and as with as much care as possible. Most would just write you off unlike your dealings with the MC store especially after saying what you have said.

I know Presser is getting tired of all the partial stories he sees about orders not being received when in reality many might be a few days to a week old, a freebie resent order, or just something he sends you seperately due to a mixup or for waiting awhile for something.

However, I do commend you for actually coming forth and telling everyone that this is indeed what happened so it doesn't make Presser look like he is making up stories. Unfortunately, Almost everyone else makes a post about how their orders were screwed up but never come back to tell you that they actually already received it, but complained about a minor thing so Presser sends a brand new package with a bunch of freebies and it's only been 3-5 days since they talked to him. Now that's not always the case (if it isn't pm a few of the Reps, Directors, or Admins first and let us get back to you if possible) and to re-state that this isn't like some retail mail order house with hundreds or thousands of workers to get your order to you in two days or your money back is an understatement. Every extra thing sent out is money out of his own pocket.

OK Bro. let me keep this in perspective for you - before you flame me straight to hell.

1. My 'completely fucked shout' which at no time used the words 'screwed up'... came with a prompt and complete APOLOGY, COMPLIMENT and RETRACTION. This was done immediately, and without request. I have the common sense to take responsibility for what I do, and don't do. To be frank - at the time, I was pissed that I have been asking daily in polite, friendly and normal terms, for a simple update of my order status - Nothing more. And when I saw that our friend in question had had time to post and to offer special deals, but made no time to reply to my PM's - it was the straw that broke my back, and I over-reacted. I quickly chilled - took the time to reconsider my harsh and 'fucked' statement, and gave an immediate APOLOGY, COMPLIMENT and RETRACTION. Side note: Presser if you are reading this, I 'again' apologise to you bro for what seems to have blown out of proportion here - and for this I do not take full credit - but do offer you my sincerest apology. You're a stand up bloke in my book. End of story sir.

2. Your statement 'if your product WAS RECEIVED hot'.., in bold and underlined font, frankly makes an implication which is NOT appreciated. You go on to say that it is not your fault ( agreed - I never said it was ), that you shouldn't owe me a new one, and that how the hell would he know how my mail system works.

Let me put you in the picture. I don't really want to go into the private messages exchanged during the negotiation of the sale - but you really are twisting my arm.

He would know 'how the hell' my mailing conditions are - because I TOLD HIM. CLEARLY - AND REPEATEDLY, before I agreed to the sale. You wouldn't know this, because presumably, in your rush to flame me in defence of Presser, you didn't bother to find out. Seems we both have had a little case of over-reaction bro. And I was big enough to admit to mine. This is not an attack on you, at all bro, but just a fair defence of this point.

This however is not, or was not the problem. In balance of this I need to point out, that our hard working Presser, has made efforts over and beyond the call of duty, to accommodate my delivery needs. He has worked tirelessly to ensure that I have been treated fairly and honestly, given that he achieved the sale, based on his delivery promise. There was an initial delivery problem - out of his control, which led to the item arriving hot. Not his fault, or mine, however he has worked closely with me to ensure that his promise will be met. He really has. We have established fair and honest negotiation of this matter, and has earned full respect in this regard. He knows full well that I am a man of integrity, and would not for any reason claim an item to be hot - if that wasn't the case, and similarly, I wouldn't expect Presser to be anything less than a man of his word. HE has my complete confidence. He is a man of his word. As I am. Period. Are we clear about this?

All I needed was to be kept in the loop, regarding my delivery. A second deadline had not been met, and all I needed was just a little note to say - it has been sent, or will be sent tomorrow - or anything at all along those lines. Shit happens. I'm human too. I fucked up and over-reacted when after repeated requests, couldn't get a simple reply to my multiple PM's. I've already apologised - profusely.

So to those out there bored of reading this thread - I apologise to you too. This is clearly a communication breakdown, one which I added to with my over-reaction.

I have no doubt that things will be cleared shortly, and I will continue to be a longstanding happy customer for many years to come. I have learned from my 'over-reaction', and I hope others will adapt their communication styles too. Many thanks for your patience and hard work.

Now I had better sit down. One more mouthful of humble-pie, and I am sure I will explode. I will post further thanks when my package arrives. Presser really is doing a great job. And everyone knows it. Cheers bro.
