a good friend of mine has competed.. and been in many magazines... he's never been online here.. and stays away from boards all together to keep his reputation untarnished.... and I respect that... he has never given me any positive feedback on AAS ... he's just a guy trying to make it pro through hard work... ;)

anyway... he's working on getting his pro card and he's been in muscle and fitness ... or flex.. .one of the two.. and been told he'll be pro with in 2yrs or less... anyway.. i like his freestyle routine... check it out if you like..

you need windows media player to view it.. i've known him since he was in 8th grade... man his this guy developed into a monster...

he's like 5'9 or shorter.. .and freakin' huge! ... i forget what his weigh in is lately.. all i know is .. large as hell and strong as F#$K!

i competed with that guy at the north americans. he was a heavy. top 5 i believe, id have to check MD.

He looks great. He's very evenly developed with very nice size for his frame ,His Pec's are very pumped looking, and his shoulder deffinition is pretty nice too. Also, His routine is pretty awesome. I like the whole robot theme to it. Its a nice touch. Tell your boy I said good luck for future events. His symmetry is awesome. I think he's gonna be a very good competitor.

Big ole boy, and that routine was pretty sweet. Not trying to dis your boy or anything, but unfortunatly in today's society it seems almost impossible to become pro without the use of AAS. You look at all the competition out there today, its insane. The standards seem to be a lot higher then they were back in the day. But I give him much respect as an athelete to try to make it "through hard work" as you stated.

I'm not sure if stick said that he didn't use...he just said he's never given any feedback on use. If he doesn't use then he has some awesome genetics.

WITH or without - still awsome genetics!!! First thing I noticed was his hamstrings
(My weakest part, dam!) from that kneeling position. Looks like he has the potential
to play w/the big boys.

;)

genetics are in his favor, it's just of course with in his best professional interest to be educated and of course never have an opinion either way...

Damn! He really does have genetics in his favor. Awesome routine.

Pretty sweet routine... hate to say it, but I may snag some of it for my next show... :dead:

actually a lot of the moves he does in this routine are the moves I use on my way to get into bed right after brushing my teeth
