I'll keep posted on how it goes once a week or so. I know you guys will kick me for it, but I'm not worrying about my diet too too much for the first week. I'll go strict/clean the 2nd week in.
I'll probably just sum it all up at the end in another post. I'm documenting my workouts in my log books like I always do so I can see me strength gains. I've taken some before pics so I can compare with the afters for size. Got my starting weight/bf%.
Starting strict dieting next week. First week I'm just gonna try to eat lots of clean foods.
I have a right shoulder injury so I can't do shoulders. I'm hoping all will be well for next week. I'm heating it at nights and stretching it. We'll see how that goes. I don't want to totally put myself out of commission so I'm avoiding some key exercises right now.
