I stopped using preworkouts a long time ago, drink a cup of coffee, and pound a hot beer on the way to workout with the heater on and death metal cranked, that will get ya goin. I spend that extra 40 to 60 a month on food.
I have used an ECA stack, but I am so reliant on caffeine these days the pre-workouts seem to give me a better pump. As for fem chem, I have not done much..came to forum to learn about it...
