Tried to lift a little today, its been 5 days since i've been in the gym and it sucked. For one I had a shitty weekend and got drunk and got sick. Thats another thread tho and drinking for me is over. I guess I got so dehydrated my body is suffering from the loss of fluid and lack of sleep im sure. What do you guys do to get back motivated?
