Here are the pics posted- they were gigantic which is why they would not load.
I have resized.
 
My first show is in 9 weeks, i start carb cycling 3 low days, 1 high and upping cardio , adding tren in. . any pther advice on leaning , staying, full growing at this time id appreciate it guys! stressed already lol. guy helping me is doing my carb cycing dread it! thanksk mmx for posting them

Chest is looking good bro, 9 weeks is a long time, you'll really start showing more cuts in the next 4-5 weeks. You have a nice base though
 
5 11 215 here he is not concerned about what weight just wants to make sure im conditioned as possblie at the show. thats the main goal so hope for my first one i will be lean and dry in 9 weeks
 
well considering ur not worried about ur weight then i would say u can bee extremely ripped and dry in 9 weeks as you can tell by your current pictures here.

Being ur first show i would just do the standard preperation and not get into alot of of stuff including cycleing carbs at 9 weeks out, I would just keep ur carbs and fats under a specific number daily and make sure you get enough protien and then do the standard water load/deplete and carb deplete/load and you will be fine

what chemicals are you using now and how long out are you dropping certain ones and which ones will you run straight through the show?
 
How much cardio are you currently doing? How many calories are you taking in right now each day?
 
Ive been taking :

hgh 4 iu's 2 am, 2 pm
t3 50mcgs daily
clen 50mcgs daily
750 sust a weeek
armidex .5 per week


almost done with the sust was going to start prop but got sent 3 test E, . . so . .. am stuck with that bec no prop

so gonnna run 800 test e weekly, tren ace 300 weekly, 1ml arimidex daily, hgh 4 ius daily , t3 50 mcgs am 50 pm, clen. . unsure dose or at all.
will as told, drop the test 3 weeks ahead of time , any other advice or opinions? cardio im thinking to changing to 20 high intensity am, 20 pm instead 45 min low intensity am and 20 low pm
 
not counting calories but i take in 30-40 grams of protein each meal, with roughly 50 carbs each meal. my protein each day consist of eggs, fish, and chicken , occasional 93/7 beef but rare. my carbs morning is always oatmeal or cream o wheat, during day rice , sweet potatoes or fruit. shakes now and then on road, also received my PN order today, protein tastes great, got the explosion . . i been using jackd3d so gonnna give this a go instead, and the bcaa's and more where id been using vpx's power shock aminos
 
You don't count calories at nine weeks out? Wow. Hard numbers are good to have so you know what your working with. Definitely need to focus on carb timing during the day too.
How many days are you doing cardio? Are you doing it on an empty stomach (in the a.m.)
What is low intensity cardio for you (as in heart bpm)? What is high?

i do my starchy carbs like cream wheat, oatmeal of course in am, rice, fruit, and sweet potatoes all before 5 in afternoon thenif i take in any with protein its fibrous. . brocc, asparagus, green beans. low for 45 min h.r. is nornally 130 - 140, high 150-170. with my job i train a m then cardio innediatley after than again cardio in evening. my first meal is upon waking then train and cardio an hour after eating then off to waof with pre packed food lol

Jobs always get in the way of contest preps huh? I was lucky enough to have a job that was very flexible and I could train whenever I needed. I never punched a time card so it was no big deal to leave and come back

Everything quality and timing wise seems ok. But it may just add up to too many calories. Adding low carb days is a good start. Definitely want tot try cardio on an empty stomach. If you can somehow manage that. It will strip off the fat.

Being hungry is all in contest prep, you'll never be fully satisified until after the show, but that's all part of the game
 
If your not worried about weight ...do a palumbo diet or keto diet...9 weeks is plenty of time, do about 45-60mins of cardio per day in the morning...

as you get closer to the show, you can up the t3 and clen slowly...every two weeks up your T3 by 12.5mcgs, so at 7 weeks out do 62.5mcgs, then at 5 weeks out do 75mcgs. Same with clen, do 62.5mcg's and then 75mcg's...T3 dont go higher than 100mcg's per day, or even 75mcg's (depending on how fast your metabolism is) as for clen you can go pretty high on that, up to 120mcg's or a touch more. As for doing test E, I wouldnt worry about doing that or even cutting it out. if your doing arimadex just keep the test in. do arimadex at .5mg EOD, as you get into the final 3 weeks up it to 1mg EOD. With the Tren you will get rock hard look, as long as your lean enough....good luck

Everything looks good, just do the increase like Chris said on the t3 and clen and you should be fine bro
