I know that the Lats are possibly the hardest muscle to get the mind muscle connection. No matter what I do I can't get them to grow. I use straps to take the biceps out of the equation. Don't flail around like an idiot and I do use good form. It doesn't seem to matter what exercise I do I can't get these guys to do anything and the worst part is that my right side is bigger than my left. That however would make since I am right side dominant. Any thoughts would be a great help. I would use igf for the growth but that is not what I am asking. I am talking about feeling them to know I am doing the exercises right to get the growth
