Leg extensions warm up or working sets?

Do you use them to warm up or do you include them as part of your leg workout?

I do use them as both a warm up and a workout.
 
sometimes both, but usualy not for a warm up, i usualy do them after i squat, i use to do them first but with my knee problems I have to get the heavy compound movemenets out of the way first otherwise i wont have enough left to do them effectivly if i do L.E.'s first however I use to always do them first and then would squat and I would also finish up with them as well at the end as a medium weight high rep burn out
 
I won't EVER warm up with leg extensions. It puts too much tension on cold tendons in an unnatural movement. I do them as a last exercise. I've seen too many injuries and torn muscles from leg extensions.
 
for me i do a set of light weight to get in a good warm up then i finish with 4 sets after the rest of the workout at heavy weight.
 
did i read it wrong or did u say u dont train ur legs much?
No I can read for the most part... lol... I did go to the gym last nite after work and do legs. Is it a bad thing if your arms are almost as big as your legs ? lol !!!:wave::wave::wave:
