Ray, you're gonna LOVE it!!! LOL.

Another variation that I like is a super drop set. I'll use a selectorized machine (10 or 15 lb increments) and pick a weight I can get 6-8 reps with (after a warm up).

Do 6-8 to failure, drop down a plate, go to failure. (should be around 3 reps). Continue going down just one plate (w/ minimal rest) until you can get just as many reps as you got on the 1st set. Usually ends up being a 8 - 12 stage drop set. Maybe around 40-60 reps total.

Really fun on the leg press w/ calves. Load it up, then go to failure, get up, pull a plate, another set, and so on. You'll end up looking like a pussy trying to push up 1/3 of the weight you started with... LOL.
