I have gained a little addiction to the sugar free Monster energy drinks. I'm not sure about the actual data on Caffine and the any negitive effects it may have on gaining muscle but heres what I do know. 6-8 servings of monster will blow you up. Drank right when you get up on an empty stomach the effects are similar to things like addipex, adderall, and yes even cocaine. One can only believe that your cutting up when you have to shit 4 times before heading out the door. I get the shakes, rapid urinations, increased heart rate, increased BP, Huge curve in eating, and more. 6 servings or 3 20oz. cans is equiv. to the caff. in about 12 sodas. And the b vits, gen., and other vits. are for real as your piss turns radiation green.
I haven't been posting or reading for a while so I'm not sure if you all had discussed this before. I'd really like to here your thoughts on using it for more intense cardio training...........................................
