Hey fellow iron pumping enthuisiasts, I am back from the military and after my injury fully heals I am looking at re-enlistment options so I am looking at a legal or barely legal cycle..[EDIT by ChemE]
What do you guys recommend for putting on some decent mass and lean muscle.Approx 20-30lbs All options will be considered as to effectiveness,price, and obtainability.

Stats: 6ft 237 14%bf

dont worry about the excercise I love the shit, I will PT till I fuckin die If I have to .
Any Ideas?
 
Sorry bro....but if you want something legal that works I would suggest food. People under-estimate the importance of a proper diet.

500g protein
4-4.5k calories per day

You should be able to gain 20lbs within 4-5 months with that.

None of the "legal" prohormones work that well. I tried 1-test and 1-ad and it hardly did anything. Maybe 5 lbs in 1 month. I could've gained more than 5 lbs in a month with better eating habits.

The stuff that works is the illegal variety or the legal with script variety, but you still have to eat big to make gains. Even if you ran real gear you would need to eat a lot of food to gain 20lbs in a couple months and even more for 30lbs. Sorry bro....probably not what you wanted to hear but this is a fact.

Notice I also said barely legal, the corps dont care how big I get as long as I dont look like disgusting fat body or 250lbs of chewed bubble gum..all replies welcome though thanks for your input.
 
TO be honest with you. You can either run like a military man or you can bulk. Running just isnt very condusive to bodybuilding. If you want to stay legal and add size and run im afraid your gonna be spinning your wheels. The money factor makes it even worse. YOu are gonna be eating 10000 calories a day trying to bulk up and running 5000 of them off, lol. It just doesnt mix well bro.
 
I agree, dont plan on running and doing alot of cardio yet. Bulk first then cardio, or at least minor to keep lungs and heart function up, plus I like to run.
 
agree with the others save your money on the prohormones, buy more protein powder & creatine.

1Test can be pretty damn potent, but only in the injectable form, and it is not legal if you inject i believe.
