legs feeling destoyed

I am 2 weeks out from competition and my legs are feeling weak and tired all the time now for the past 4 days, and I also feel they are getting smaller. I think it might be from doing cardio 5 days a week, but I don't know if I should stop the cardio I or if this is normal.

I suggest getting a feeling for your body and maybe do a test and go lighter on tha cardio or stop it all together for the test. Then you'll know ifit's the cardio.

But you can't just not do cardio.
 
bro dont do legs the last week out at all, andif you do do it early with only high reps light weight to deplete glycogen however i do legs light high volume only 2 weeks out and no legs last week before show also stop cardio monday or tuesday before the show, wensday stop all activity keep legs rested, let me know if you need some help i have a little to share
 
oh yeah...it is very normal to feel destroyed last 2 weeks out, i could barly get to the gym i was so tired
