Never tell them, it goes on file and if you want to switch insurance and they ask for your medical record they will reject your application
well I finally went to get the medical records and yeah the doctor totally threw me under the bus...
said the abscess was a direct result of "steriod abuse"
said that I had been "abusing steriods" for over 10 years
marked down that I was a smoker
marked down that "fiance said that I abuse alcohol"
blood pressure was high, EKG showed that I had a possible fucked up ticker
there is not an insurance company out there that would take me after that report
motherfucker! That asshole just lost my business.
no I do for another month, now I have to find a doctor that's worth a fuck...
obvious that by reading the medical report that this doctor doesn't have my best interest in mind because he knew that the insurance company would ask for the records
that and he's a fuckin retard, steriod abuse? he didn't even ask me what I was on much less the dosages-not that he would know his ass from anadrol anyway
Here is a quick story for ya. I owe over $3,000,000,000 in medical bills for my daughter who was #29 in the world with a rare genetic disorder. We were always in ICU rooms at various children's hospitals. We were at Arnold Palmer Children's hospital for a few days because my little girl had to be life flighted. Our normal hospital was full so we had to wait there until they freed her regular room up. Madisyn worked through another critical episode and eventually we got to go home where I had nurses set up to help with her. About 3 weeks after that ordeal I got a bill in for over $40,000.00. This wasn't a big deal because I had bills in the hundreds of thousands, but I glanced at the doctors name and had no idea who it was. So I called our neurologist and asked if this doctor was called in for some reason? He told me "no" and I should call the doctor's office directly. Long story short...I investigated it and remembered a doctor walked in our room, looked at my daughter's chart and walked out. He wasn't involved with us in any way or anything! So I called his office and asked why I got a bill for $40,000 since this man is not involved in my daughter's care? The nurse said he was a consultant and that was his fee. Called my neurologist back and he threw the B.S. flag! I called my insurance company and cried "FRAUD". A day later I get a call from the doctor himself and said..."I am so sorry for the mix up...I thought I was consulting on your "SON'S cancer"..... MY SON? CANCER? WOW, doctors and Insurance companies will screw you faster than a $2 whore bro! PROTECT YOURSELF!
Reminds me of the joke of the cat walking into the room and walking around the patient and walking out...a few weeks later they get the bill for some obsene amount for the "cat scan".
