To be honest with you I woudl do 2 tablespoons 3-4 times a day.... I always felt that 4 was not nearly enough and I got best results from about 12 table spoons a day spread throughout the day.. do 4 tbsp for 3-4 days then up it a tbsp every otehr day till you get to 12 or so...buschris said:I got my LBA's today and took my first tbsp. Now, I gave my 15yo daughter a hit and after I put everything up I started feeling very strange, kinda like when you take too much ephedrine or something I kinda got all jittery and sugar rush feeling. Is this normal/ lol It has kinda died down now after an hour but i still feel the effect slightly. I'm gonna give this an honest run for three bottles @ 4 tbsp per day while starting my cardio again.
