haha normy boy keep me posted bros. Im starting some dessacated beef liver tabs when they get in i bought a 1000 of them. bout 3 grams protein per tab and its almost the same amino chain i know they arent as good but maybe a cheap alternative.

Jus got my LBA's today. I've measured out a tablespoon in the cap and will be taking roughly 8 servings a day, lasting me about 4 days a bottle. I can't wait to see some change. I'll keep everyone updated. Oh, and the strawberry doesn't taste that great... but I'll eat almost anything if it'll make me progress.
bbb i havent gotten it yet should be in by friday. a bro from another board takes 100 of them a day lol he swears they work great. Im gonna take around 30 prob. Supposed to be a very similar chain to the lba's not as good but im sure they will work alright.

Keep me posted.. it seems after all these years there would of been a design of liver tabs that did not require oen to take 20tabs 3-5 times a day but I guess not.. I do know from experiece that depending what brand you use and the mgs per serving that 75-100 tabs was what most guys say they felt the best at. Energy levels were higher and recovery was quicker..Get_Swole said:

I'm probably jumping the gun here, but damn did I have a hell of a fuckin pump today. Today was an "A" workout and my upper body made me look like I weighed 20lbs heavier. I'm crazy anxious to see if this continues and hope it's not all in my head.

I wish I knew about this stuff along with all the other items even 5 years ago... The products that I am using have changed the way I train and look. I am not using products I hope are working I am using products I know are working and working very very well.!!mikeswift said:
