I started the clen Monday and I'm still in the process of raising the dose daily. If sweating pouring off me like I'm standing under the shower means this stuff is working, then this stuff is working well. Oh, no clen use after 1:00.
I also started insulin (humulin R) yesterday @ 5iu after my workout (3:45). Yesterday was cardio and ab's only. 10 minutes of high intensity followed by 25 minutes of low intensity. Went home immediately after (5 minutes away) shot the slin, drank creatine mix (cell tech) for sugar, micellean protein shake, and ate chicken and rice and hour and 15 minutes after that. Snacked on some other stuff (low or NO fat). Had a another shake before bed (9:30).
Any comments or suggestions?
