Loosing fat cycle

Hy guys/girls.My name is cristian and I am sorry for my english :P
I am new here and want to prepare myself for loosing fat (a life's problem).
I am 25 years old, 1.70 height, 79-80kg (for now / i am in cycle). No medical issue ever / i used&use steroids and have no side-effects (in recomanded dossage) / i take very well almost any medicine.
I the past i do gym for 2-3 years (learn how to work) and a lot of different sports.Now after 2 years of no sports and stay in the chair every day (problems,etc) i start again just in gym because my body was just blahhhh = every body laughf of me because i have a body with fat, pecs with fat,etc. (yea i know, idiots friends but people are like that)

What i did for the first 5 mounth's:
First eat a lot better, no sugar, etc.
To get loose fat i use strombafort (pills and injection) and clomid.2 cycle = 1 with pills and second with injections. They where fine and helped , but winstrol injection (injection worked better) make the injection spot hurts like hell for 2 days. I finish the cycle but i will not using winstrol injection anymore, perhaps pills (don't have a problem with the pills).
When i finish i was ok and pleased with myself.I see on boths of my arms veins (i never see them in my life). I was ok! (not grate,not fat fat.just ok)

What i do now:
Now i am in a cycle for gain mass. 2 weeks remaining. After this cycle (like the next cycle but only 2 injection per week) and recuperation period i will do 1 more mass cycle (8 weeks) with:
-3 injection per week with 2ml testex prolongatum 250 + 1 ml deca-durabolin
-3 danabol (naposim) per day
I use only 2-3 whey protein shakes per day with no carbs + 3/4 meals (eggs, meat, cheese, a little carbs). I earn 10kg and will earn another 10kg for sure in the next cycle. With what i will remain , will see. I am a lot bigger from that picture.

What i want to do next:
After the last mass cycle and recuperation i want to loose the fat of my body (under 10%) with minimum muscle loosing (i know i will lose mass, but it's ok).
I know from the start i will need to learn and use a proper diet (a more proper diet from the past).

When i want to start loosing fat:
If my calculation are right, i think from beggining of the march.

What i want from you guys:

Help my dream come true :)
From now to march i want to learn everything i need to do and take to loose fat seriosly and fast (i learn a lot but loosing fat under 10% always was a problem for me).
For start i want to know what powerfull steroid cycle i could take (not t3 and steroid from i could have seriosly problems). And what i need to do with my diet (in many many words possible).

steroids wont make you loose fat, diet and cardio will. Do you eat no carbs everyday?
 
Hello Cris88, You my friend are far from fat.
You have muscles there you can clearly see it, im willing to bet your eating is off, post your diet, and how offten you do cardio.
 
When i was keeping diet to loose fat i eat: (now i am in mass cycle and eat carbs to)
-1 meal when i wake up: i drink a whey shake
-2 meal after 1 hour after the skake: 4-5 eggs omelette (only 2 yolks) + with ship/cow chesse or 1 slice of meat (like bacon) just to give a taste
-3 meal at work: fried chicken + a few potatoes
-4 meal after gym: 1 whey shake
-5 meal: 200g aprox of chicken with cheese and 1-2 tomato
-6 meal if i am hungry: 1 whey shake or repeat meal 5

In my country cheese that i eat is not like yours i think. I have that yellow chesse to, but i don't eat it, because is full of carbs. Mine, that i eat it looks like this:

1-2 meals per week i eat from chinesse (vegetables with chicken) because i can't eat only stoved chicken for mounths


Cardio:
-3/4 days running on trend mill, sessions of 40-50minutes, immediately after mass training (walking 2 minutes | running 8 minutes)

I know probably is not a very good diet (but it really change me with 3 winstrol injection per week + 1 testosterone), but here in my country the nutritionist don't exist. A pro bodybuilding is nutritionist and they don't talk with guys like me. So i can't go to a nutritionist to help me. I tried to learn from the internet and strugled every day to do more good for myself.
When i diet and running after every trainning, after 2 mouths, when i think in the morning of running after the workout, i just wanted to stay home (it really kills my mood).I have powerfull geans on legs and back muscles.I lift 250-300kg of press, 100kg free squat.So my qvadriceps are really big and get a tired/hurt of that running.

I will clearly need to learn by the book how to eat and need laso trenbolone or something for real energy + something for calitative muscles.I know the steroids don't help me loose fat (just t3 and clomid helps) but they give me calitative muscle and improves my muscle like i never see them (without them i do that in >6 mouths).

I really hope that you will help me learn.thanks for help and answers!

Stop eating Fried Chicken and Chinese Food. They are full of fat and sugar. Also stop runing and use a stair master, get a heart rate monitor and keep it around 140-160 bpm, do stair master for cardio for 30 min a day.
 
looks like you are missing out on some complex carbs as well, you have no carbs in your 1st meal maybe add in some oats or brown rice.

its very good of you to do cardio while trying to gain size as well, this will help keep you leaner and improve your cardiovascular function.
 
Ok. So it's ok like this?:

-1 meal: when i wake up: i drink a whey shake
-2 meal 1 hour after the skake: 4-5 eggs omelette (only 2 yellows) + with a little chesse + brown rice or boiled beans
-3 meal at work: chicken or red meat or fish, cooked in the oven (without oil and condiments) + 1-2 sweet potatoe
-4 meal after gym: 1 whey shake
-5 meal 2-3 hours after gym: again chicken or red meat or fish (cooked without oil and condiments) + salad (chesse/tomato/lettuce with a spoon of olive oil)
-6 meal 2-3 hours before i go to sleep: 1 whey shake

So i have 3 whey protein shakes and 3 healthy meals.
I used a fat lose calculator (with my age,height,etc) and he said i need to eat aprox 1700 callories per day to lose fat.With a aprox calculation i have 1550-1600 calories in that meals + calories from the shakes.

Every day i will do 30minutes of cardio.When will be warm outside i will go 2 times per week to swim. For cardio in general, i will do 4 day per week, at gym after practice, the stepper or treadmill (i don't have
stair master just stepper,bicycle and treadmill) and 3 days when i stay at home, i will do 30minutes per day of aerobics.

It's a good diet + cardio?
