I guess it's because im off my normal eating schedule that I follow religiously M-F, but I lose a good 4-6 pounds over the weekend. Anyone else have this problem?
I have this problem, too. It's probably because my eating schedule is not the same as it is on weekdays, too, but I have had it happen even when I make sure it's the same.
I'm the exact opposite bro, i can't put it on during the week bc of work but over the weekend i'm able to make up for it. During the week i struggle just to stay at my weight..It's impossible for me to be on an eating schedule M-F
I am usually too busy to eat like I want during the weekends but I don't worry about it. You aren't losing 4-6lbs of muscle in two days, it's just water.

I always gain some weight on the weekends and it's normally not the best wright, but if you tried more to stick to your normal eating habits you'd probably gain some extra weight
