I love to party and get fucked up. Am I the only one that is human in here??????????? Last Spring break I got down to a 28 or 29'' waist. Now I am at a 31'' I just got the MC clen, and I am going to try to cut back BIG time, eat chicken, fish, flank steak, green beans. Need some help.

Agreed, if you are serious doing cardio in the early AM, slow pace for about 40-45mins...4 times a weeks should do it...and ease up on the brewskie.....lol!!

Man I don't know very many people who don't love beer and to party. I believe the key in getting where you want is completely cutting off the alcoholic beverages. You can go to a party and still have fun without any alcohol consumption. I'm not saying it's bad to do every once in a while but if it's a habit I strongly suggest cutting back on it especially if you are planning any oral AAS anytime in your life seeing as how they are both hard on the liver...

Ive got a good one for ya, eat 7 times a day, take in about 300-400 cals per serving, at least 40grams of protein per serving, no carbs after 4 pm EXCEPT one or two days a week, on the day after NO MATTER what do cardio, cardio 3 times a week at 25-30 mins first thing AM, you shouldnt have a problem loosing 5lbs on MC clen/ECA in 2 weeks with this routines, seriously! I ate some pasta salad last night, was up at 10am on the tread mill this morning. Turn it into life bro, I dont know when the last time I got drunk was, ohhh yeah, Florida Georgia weekend,....... NIIIIIIICEEEEE! BTW I started my 2 weeks on of MC clen this morning, 3 drops, its getting hard to type, get back with me!

Exactly, it all depends on whethere this is a hobby to you or a lifestyle. You wanna be up crazy hours getting drunk, thats fine but dont plan on achieveing the truly incredible pysiche that some accomplish. Its about what means the most to you.

If you have to get drunk to have a good time then ya got issues. And if you have to party all the time sounds to me like your def a young'un. You sound like a young kid that has a lot of growing up to do. Getting drunk and partying all the time doesnt have a damn thing bout being human, it has all to do with being immature.

We all got out and have fun but you have to make decisions.

Bump to da_Fonz, I'm 18 and read what I posted. I found out my senior year of high school alcohol isn't everything. You do definately sound young, and personally I wouldn't take any AAS if that's what you are going to be doing in your life. When you are young, you are led to believe answers and fun lie in alcohol. This is not the case when you get put in jail for it and I speak from experience. I'm not trying to be mean or disrespectful, but if you love it that much maybe you have a problem bro. The reason I say this is because I'm just looking out for you bro because I have seen abuse/addiction of alcohol and pain killers in my family...

I feel ya, bro.

Throughout high school and college all my buddies and i were getting messed up in one way or another. That's just what we did.

Now that I have a job and what not I just can't do that anymore. I do, however go out too often on the weekends. I enjoy it, but am always mad at myself later. I'm also the only one of my friends that has chosen the kind of lifestyle that most of us here on MC lead.

When you get drunk--even just weekends--you negate a lot of what you did during the week. Your body doesn't recover and you take in a bunch of worthless calories. And I always end up eating bad, too.

I know that even drinking on the weekends, I take 2 steps forward during the week, then one step back. I spend the first two days of that next week just getting back to where i was the week before. That's seriously discouraging.
