every since the begging of my cycle i've been having some shitty ass leg workouts. it's because my lower back gets so freakin tight that i can barely move. it doesn't matter what i start with...leg presses, hack squat, squats...etc... my back get tighter than shit and i usually only end up doing about two or three different exercises. do any of you guys have this problem...or am i just a big girl???
