Max Bench - Goin' Up

I would focus more on repping somehting like 275 instead of worrying bout hittin a weight once. That way you still set a serious goal and you'll have to work your ass off to make it.

You mean 175? Then I'd just go for 185, much easier to put on the bar. But you're right.
