Max lifts

I'm thinking most of the guys here are huge so I'm curious what some of your personal best lifts are. Make sure you say how tall, weight, etc.

Here's one for me:

Squat
465 lbs
180lbs
5'5" (I think I was 6'0" before I started to squat)

Not a huge lift, but I wasn't on anything at all. Maybe this winter (if the old body can take it) we'll give 500 a shot.

6'2.5
250-265lbs depends on time of year

benched 465 single rep witha a pause

squat 550 for 5 reps first 3 reps were clean last 2 were pure shit, lol, never maxed out

deadlift.....never tryed maxing either and realy not art of my daily regimen

5'10.5" 185lbs 11-12% bf
squat 425 for one clean
bench 255 clean (pretty bad)
deadlift 405 clean for one

Height-6'1"
Weight 240

Max Bench-455w/pause
Squat-too embarrassed to even tell ya! LOL! I think I staight -bar curl more than I squat!LMAO!

6' 191 have only been powerlifting a few weeks and have gone from clean and jerking 25's too doing 45's for reps and 45's and 25's for max. i know that doesn't seem llike much to you fellas but i feel good doing it damnit. especially after fuckin up my shoulder.

Hmmm. lets see. It all really depends on form with some lifts - sloppy like Ronnie, or DoggCrapp style - nice n' controlled:

-Squat: 545 x 20 reps (last 1 sucked)
-Stiff-legged Deadlift: I think I've done 495 x 6 before.
-DL lockout (from just above knee): 7 plates (675) x 3 reps (w/ straps!)
-BO Row: 365 x 6 I think (have gone heavier, but Ronnie Coleman style LOL)
-Weighted pull-ups bodyweight + 3 plates for 6 reps (its been a while)
-Dips with 4 plates before (broke the dip belt twice at the same gym within 1 week LOL I was a on a day pass both times.)

I'm 6'0, 195 currently:

Bench: 285 with pause
Squat: 335x6 for reps
Dead: 505x4 (With straps), Max so far 545 but that'll fall soon..

Have a strong back but a weak chest. Kind the opposite of what you usaually see here....

shit some of you bro's are strong as hell, i caint ever keep my joints from falling apart on me to ever try a maxed out rep..

5ft5 currently bulking so im around 225

flat bench press - 405 for 7 reps
incline bench - 385 for 6 reps.... i try and keep incline and flat around the same if possible... not a lot of bro's can do that huh
squat- hit 585 for 7 reps today... well first rep i won't count cause I didn't go completly down.. but hey i had to feel it out first .. LOL
deadlift- 585 for 6 reps but with straps and summo style

Im a short shit so the weight don't have far to travel....LOL..

B-boy,

What is wrong with pulling sumo. That is a perfectly legitimate way to pull.

my point exactly bro, but people at my gym think im cheating or something cause im short, hell i don't know maybe their just jeoulous cause they can't get it off the freakin floor, but i see it as a deadlift is a deadlift no matter what style you use, you should use the stance most advantageous to you!

If you're talkin' about PL'ing or just gettin' the damn lift done, if you could just limbo under the damn bar, grab it and pull it an inch off the ground to a lock-out, that that'd be fine by me!!! LOL!
