I think about doing an interview and maybe some contest coverage at a couple local shows coming up this month (april)

Yeah make it may edition, because april is just around the corner...Plus I have two shows I plan on attending in April (Mid-Illnois, and Iowa State Championshiops) and Im going to cover those shows with pictures and a short write up of competors that I think have a chance to move up to national level shows...

cool, it also give sme time to maybe head to new York and catch up with heinze, victor munoz, and martinez and maybe get some good workout photos for the may edition

Is it to shameless to plug and MC IGF review in there. Talk about dosages, forms of delivery, results, etc... Interviews with different people using it with their results. Look at it's utility for building muscle, powerlifting, cutting, etc...

What do u think

Here is my article. I wrote this when I was a little buzzed the other night but with a little editting you should be good to go. LOL

The Importance of Goals in your Training.

So here I am 34 years old and finally about to graduate from college. How did I do it? Well a few years back I set a goal. I was a student who was considered gifted and talented with an above genius I.Q. and a photographic memory but never went to college despite the fact that I had an academic scholarship. The big thirty came around and I made up my mind I was going to have my bachelors by my 35th birthday despite having a family and a full time job. Well I will graduate in November about ten days short of my 35th and I accomplished it by setting goals.
The same is true about creating the body you desire. If you do not have goals you will hit the mark each and every time. Do you have goals for this year? Do you have goals for the next five years? I am somewhat O.C.D. but having goals always, and I mean always, help me achieve what I want.
The two things I would recommend to the bodybuilding enthusiast are a training log and a food log. These each fill a very specific need and will allow you to surpass previous achievements guaranteed.
I recently did a workout you have seen on an infomercial called P90x. The workout was tough, but besides that it always stressed to set goals and to try and surpass those goals in each and every workout. I recorded my progress and in every single workout I had a goal and did my absolute best to surpass it. I did. I lost over 30 pounds in 90 days and by the final workout did over 275 pushups in less than a 45 minute workout as well as doing a full back workout. Goals give you a finish line and also help you surpass even what you thought your body was capable of.
I actually had a six pack for the first time in my life. I never even knew I had abs and this goal setting mind set helped me get to this point. I also am working currently on my diet and the goals I set with that.
I am currently on the second try at a keto diet and its tough but I know what I have to shoot for because, you guessed it, I set a goal for myself. I plan on losing 10 pounds this month. I am analyzing my caloric intake and have discovered that I can only take in around 2500 calories and maintain my current weight.
I have also added a ton of cardio to my workout five days a week. I walk 4 miles a day, at a rate of 4.1 miles per hour and with that goal I have found that I am losing about 2.5 pounds a week on the keto diet and 2500 calories a day.
I will reach my goal. I also made a promise to myself to run a 5K race and bench 300 for reps this year. I have set up a goal oriented plan and hopefully I will be posting these two milestones by the end of the year. How am I going to do this? I set goals.
Do you have monthly goals? Do you have yearly goals? If you do not have a goal you will hit the mark every single time.

You can copy and paste it if you want bro.
