Mc IGF always delivers!

Today was leg day so I broke it up like this....100 mcgs per quad (200) then 50 mcgs per tear drop....only got through 15 min stair mill, 5 sets of leg extentions, 4 sets of leg press and 4 sets of squats 315 for 10 and I was toast....attempted laying leg curls but like I said, I was toast...leg day is the only day I go 300 mcgs....usually run 100 mcgs per shoulder, lat, tri, etc..........trying to get the wife to take some pics in the coming days, if not I will post a few from upcoming show in 5 weeks.

Damn man, that dose in my quads would make training difficult! I don't think I've ever done more than 150mcg total in the offseason. At that even my upper body gets pumped when I train legs!

Yeah that's a high dose but if it works it works!
 
I currently run MC IGF-1 @ 100mcg, PRE workout, 30 min prior to workout with an 80 mg waxymaize drink, on training days only. nothing matches it bar-none! and the best part about it, is I stopped training for about 3 months for some odd reason, but the amazing thing is even after I stopped applying it and eating clean and training, I noticed I continued to lose bodyfat for like the next 30 days! I mean my side obliques were coming out! WTF!! and the whole time I was "off", of course I gained some bodyfat, but any and all muscle I gained, I kept! Unbelieveble! first muscle on me I see go is in my quads, but it stayed. when funds allow, im gonna bump it up to 150 mcg pre workout. this stuff is liquid gold!!

Hey bros been awhile sense i have had the time to post a update. New kid, change of jobs, moving etc.

Recently though I have added IGF back into my stack. This is the first time i actually ran IGF at a more formidable dosing protocol.
They key - Diet.
Let me explain myself a little.
At the end of may i had just finished one of my best bulks to date. I Ran close to hitting my goal of around 300lbs.(will attach a pic) Note i am Not a very lean individual. Never have been, even with a great meal plan, loads of consistency, my genome does not want me to breach single digits. In fact i dont think i have ever been below 10% bf in my life ever(Maybe when i was 6).
The upside - I pack on muscle, im strong as fuck.

I have been tapering down my calories sense the beginning of June - more or less working my way down from maintenance to a range where i drop body fat. This is where i added in IGF. I have only run IGF for 3 weeks in the before and after picture i will be posting. The difference is quite amazing. I managed only to drop around 5lbs in my before picture(this is not me at the end of the bulk but before i started igf - 290lbs)
In the three weeks i ran IGF i was dosing at 60mcg immediately after breakfast, and 60mcg with my pre workout meal. I was carb cycling, hitting 3 days of low carbs followed by 1 day of high carbs(note some days the 4th day would fall on a off training day so i would carb up the next training day).
My macros were around 3200 cals , 400g protein, 300g carbs, 70g fat for my low carb days and 6000 cals, 600g protein, 750g carbs and 40g fat for my high carb days.

In a little over 3 weeks i managed to go from 290lbs down to a smaller 270lbs(amazing right?) with my all time low weigh in being 264lbs after a workout(fully depleted). This is truely amazing stuff. When implemented with a training schedule and proper diet, the possibilities are endless. Of course select AAS usuage will enhance results. Let the pictures speak for themself.

Nice before and afters brutha! The love handles being totally gone in just 3 weeks is pretty amazing if u ask me, quite noticable changes! Appreciate the review brutha
