I didn't know that.. I'm at 50mcg per day but I will taper off it by this week. Thanks for the advice
T3 will keep u flat igf or not.
It's also doesn't discriminate what it burns. Muscle or fat

I know about the way it burns muscle too that's why I dropped it to 50mcg. I will drop it this week after I taper off
.. I'm going to cut the good old way. Cardio and diet
 
Since dropping t3 a few days ago my arms have grown half inch.. don't know if it's the t3 or the DNP leaving my system but I'm getting bulkier. Had a good workout on Monday doing chest and got an okay pump so that was 24hr after my last dose of t3.. I'm also pumped a day after the workout. Don't feel the pump but the pump seems like it remains there. My arms are feeling a bit harder and so does my chest. I've never felt harder 2 days after a workout so it looks like progress. The only weird part is that I had stopped getting sore and now I get sore up to 4 days of the workout. I workout a muscle group 1 per week and would like to get it to 2 like I did few months back
 
FYI, IM works better for me Pump wise than sub q unless you give it 3 hours to work.............just my experience.

I was going to say that. Pinning IM gives much better responses, in my opinion. And do it within 45 mins of working out, you'll see and feel the difference.

intra-muscular injections are best with lr3 igf 1 I also agree 45 minutes prior to resistance training sessions
