A little while ago, I was the lucky winner of the MC lottery. My prize was free stuff from Cyber-solutionz. When I put my order in, they told me right away that the product I wanted was out of stock. No prob, that sort of thing happens in real life. To their credit, they were always up front about it, and offered to ship an alternate item of my choosing. I decided to wait, and they kept me informed all along on the stock situation, and always got right back to me on the e-mails I sent them.
