Well, in a few hours, will be competing in the Bodyrock... in Northern Virginia.

Thanks Presser/Jay. These last couple of weeks have been a real bitch, but week-to-week pics really show a lot. I will be competing as a novice Presser, but haven't decided on a cross over. I will be the only simi-natural guy there lol, but intend on giving hell none-the-less. I will post pics in the next couple of weeks.

Well other than a run at IGF earlier in the year, I just came off clen and T-3 for a bit. still no AAS though
