I have always enjoyed giving advice to friends and just whoever asks at the gym. This is prob my fav part of training. My friend that has ben training wit me for a week now has put 5 lbs on just from the diet and the training program we are doing (Y3T). The guy actualy has really good genetics for BB. Only like 22 so need for the big step. I'm trying to get him sign up, but just to busy being 22 right now. Just seeing the progress this kid has made really makes me feel good about what I do. I hope one day to really get into training people after my BB days are behind me, yeah right LOL!!!!!!
