I know I'm probably not going to be worth a fuck tomorrow at the gym after everything I ate today, but it was a good holiday nonetheless

Today was restful and I haven't slept past 9:00am in a very long time.
This has been a not so good year for me- I am ready to see it leave.
I have my health- no cancer detected,still have a job, got to 295, so some things are good and I am grateful for that.
I am looking for 2012 to be a better year- hopefully continue to grow, good health, and earn more money.
I wish the best for everyone in the coming year- we have best membership and staff of any board I have been associated with over the past 12 years.

Yeah bro im with ya, i cant wait for the new year to arrive and hope its alot better then 2011. I only worked out a handful of times this year mostly in januray february and march , then i was out the remainder of the year, so I pray 2012 is better

I'll be honest with you all, I probably won't have a good year until July of 2013, that's when my life will be changing a lot. Until then it's just like going through the motions with life. I can't get into any details, but I'll have a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders in June of 2013 so everyday after that I'll be loving and living life to the fullest
