Might hit some legs today, if so just Quads!

Prolly hitting quads today in the late afternoon and some calfes. Prolly going to keep it light heavy and of course train til failure on every set like I do with every other body part.

Also going to try to do something new i havent done in ages, this way ill get maximum soreness with minimum weight.
 
well wasnt able to hit quads yesterday, so im going to hit them Tuesday, wife was sick yesterday and most of the weekend with GOD Awful PMS Cramps(i know too much info), so i had to take care of her. I know i am such a good guy, you dont have to tell me! lmao

I do miss the days where she would go years without a period due to training , cause her shit seems painful as fuck and it kills me!
 
That sucks man! My wife is crying 5-6 times a day because breast feeding is hurting her so much. It freaking sucks to see people you love hurt and not be able to help them!

i know were getting way off topic,lol, but i hear that hurts like hell, is she using the pump also ahead of time for breast milk ?
 
She's pumping rt after she's done feeding for 20 min. Getting a lot of milk stored up in the freezer but yeah it's hurting her really bad! They sat it gets a lot better after 10 days so at least there is light at the end of the tunnel for her!
 
That's crazy, but at least you're getting close to the 10 days now, it's been nearly a week now hasn't it?

Pretty good actualy, 3 -4 weeks ago after my 3rd and final shot it was feeling good enough to hit the gym again pretty hard, and then i know i came on here crying about how bad i fucked up my neck again after doing a heavy ass back workout which i had zero business doing, and said i was out of the gym again.

Well I gave it some rest and no gym for days and it went back to feeling like it did after my final shot, which again is Not bad at all. Pain is still there but its not debilitating like it was all last year and some of this new year.

So thnx for asking but im feeling ok, since that back workout where i hurt it again , i have only gone back once and trained biceps and triceps and it felt pretty good.

Still need the fusion but im ok with this bandaid for now so i can train and actualy look half decent this spring and summer.

I could schedule the fusion now and get it done, but i cant deal with being out that much longer, so i prefer to train for as long as i can now until the shots wear off and i cant do it anymore, then ill go and have the surgery

Doctor also said usualy if theres some releif from the 3rd shot, chances are it will continue to get better and though its a long shot my disc could fall back into place or close enough that im fine forever without ever needing surgery
