I told you I have a nutrition science degree I also have a kinesiology degree so I own a business focused on athletic training, I mostly work with high level collegiate athletes but i also advise, nutritionally, several women models, and I train bodybuilders for completion. I try to stay away from the normal weekend warrior who wants a trainer. A client of mine is a 20 year old college student getting ready for his first classic physique contest two weeks from this coming Saturday. I met this kid at about the 16 week out point, he told me he was doing the show in late September but he was eating barely anything, doing fasted cardio (one of the biggest wastes of time there is) and he looked lean but long and lean. Not BB lean. Not to mention his body fat was at a point it should be at about 4 weeks out he had 16. I told him if he keeps that up for another 16 weeks I don't care how many drugs he takes he's going to look like a string bean on stage and loose most of his muscle in the process. I'm not cheap so knowing he's a college student I knew he couldnt afford me but I could see how bad he wanted this so I took him on for free. Needless to say I actually lowered his drugs from tren, test pro and mast prop 100mg ed to eod
But I totally overhauled his diet. I had him immediately up his carbs into the 300's, cut the cardio totally, upped his protein to 250 a day. Kid had no legs. None at all so I gave him a pretty intense leg workout also. From that day I worked with him closely, changing things sometimes daily, ESP now at the end. But he was able to pretty much double in muscle size and look harder at the same time. He's flat right now obviously because of his lower carb intake but days I up his carbs he fills out so quick and looks great. The guys who know I was helping him are like WTF did you do with that kid? I never thought he had a chance to plane now I say top 3. My point is, if someone cant afford what I normally charge sometimes I do it for free like him and sometimes I just take what they can afford, especially if they are college kids. I remember being a broke college student, not fun at all. So anyone with questions I will answer

And to answer your question of why in would use a harsher drug like Anadrol close to a show with a high dose of SO it's because nothing is going to make you look fuller, bigger ect on stage And The high dose of ai(ie. 2mgs arimidex a day for the last week or 1 mg arimidex and 1 mg letro) is going to take care of any type of water retention
Of course they are also using tren and masteron also for example. High level competitive BB is not about health.
I have known guys that stay lean extremely use adrol and look that way!

If I can still do most of Anyone 20 at 42 I am happy.
And not to mention I get that natural high from pushing myself!
It's hard having to eat what my kids eat and do family thing. If I were blessed with money but life has gotten harder to stay in shape when I gotta chose this healthy stuff or my kids getting this, or spend time with kids enjoy them or cook my food separate!!! It's better to exercise workout and try to have something than go all out selfish or do nothing at all!!

LMAO - This thread has it all. But the one thing that we have to focus on is RESPECT. You can say what you want, but be respectful and everything will be cool. Everyone has an opinion but science is science. Give it a few years and even science will change it's mind. So lets agree to move on with open discussion and educate those that know less than we do.

You are absolutely right, that's why I ignore most science. They said for the longest time all saturated fat would give you clogged arteries leading to a heart attack or stroke
Now they say different, that some saturated fats is ok. You have to take everything with a sceptical approach becauze, truth be told. Even the so called experts in the field don't have much of a clue. When I was a young bodybuilder fat, any type, was like the devil, 5% fat in your diet was the norm. Now guys are putting tablespoons of good, high polyunsaturated and
monounsaturated fats into their oatmeal and protein drinks and eating tablespoons of natural peanut butter. So, yeah, everything changed and we have to be willing to change with it.

This is why almost every post I make has my disclaimer which is "for me" because what works for me may not work for you. When you've been doing this shit over 20 years hopefully you've figured out what works for you wont work for everyone else. Or even 5 out of 10 people. Hopefully those researching things have half a brain and can figure out these things themselves.

I love science of our bodies, hormones their functions, how things work. Diet nutrition i know what to do for myself i have learned over years I am 42, but harder to judge for someone else.
Please participate I will quote u time to time I wanna pick your brain.
Or I will pm u when I have time.
Metabolism all of ours especially my own is something that blows me away sometimes. Lol!!!
