iam a novice starting first cycle is it ok 2 use 250 test and 200 deca in 1 syringe and inject once a week or shud i separate them and do 2 injects weekly thanks.

You can put them in the same syringe and its highly advisable that you do. Sust is known to leave painful knots at injection sites, by mixing it with the deca, it will be less painful and knotted up.
