More Cheat Meal Discussions

Sooo, what have you all been eating for your "cheat" meals/snacks? I ate a ton of ice cream... lets see... a scoop of Vanilla w/ Caramel and Chocolate swirls in it, a scoop of mint choco chip, and 2 scoops of this Birthday cake icecream. OF course I put chocolate sauce on top.. shhhhh :lurk: Havn't cheated in about a week and a half so I think i sorta needed it for sanity. LOL
 
I'm about to start dieting so my cheats are about to decrease or disappear. But I went to the cheesecake factory for last cheat meal. I can't step near that place again until I finish dieting. 50 flavors of cheesecake!
 
frozen broken up snickers in 2 scoops of vanilla protein. now were talking. lately on sundays when i go food shopping, ill get a box of whatever cereal i like, mix up a shake for the milk, and eat the whole box. cinnamin life, waffle crisp, cinnamin toast crunch, i like them all. needless to say i look pretty filled in the gym monday and tuesday.

The WHOLE box? WOW, my cheat meals usually consist of anything I want but, if its a meal with meat i LOAD up on meat. Like tonight we are having a bar-b-q... no beans or slaw or bread for me, ill just eat 10lbs of ribs, hows that for a cheat meal? maybe a piece of cake or something sweet.
 
Chinese food...mmmMMmmm Yummy...Eat it every sunday,...Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Lo Mein, Fried Eyes....Gotta love it.....
 
I'm usually pretty good about not cheating and had 2 really nice steaks for dinner with some corn on the cob but then I just pounded about a dozen Newman-O's (Oreo's) with a large glass of milk.mmmmmm Yum.
 
But then again, when i'm @ a party, watching a movie, and i'm also under the influence of 2 things, it tends to make me REALLLY REALLLLY HUNGRY if you know what I mean :lurk:
 
I like food food junk food and sweets eh! there okay but a good fatty steak mmmm and hot sauce and horseradish making my mouth water. must be the sentation of spicy food it arouses my sence of smell. I think of that when I am trying to disapline my eating i say if i can reach my goal i can have that. It gives me encouragement. Helps with my esteem to stick with my goals. It like when you have that last rep. My weight is 147 trying to reach 140. I'll get there and then have a fatty steak. Pure muscle.

lol... heres a plan : If you eat really really badly the day before, just eat 2 whopping bowls of oatmeal in the morning and you'll shat your brains out and your bowels will be good as new :thumbsup:
 
Man, I just ate those new reeses BIG CUPS........Just bigger reeses cups........but I did like our buddy above and tossed a few in some ice cream and damn I was in heaven. I followed that down with some gin and juice and a splif.
 
tonight I killed down a HUGE salad followed by 10 chicken wings, 2 beers, 1 mixed drink, and a piece of rasberry chocolate truffle cheesecake from the cheescake factory. I feel bloated as ALL HELL.
 
I like the cinnimon\sugar pretzels from Auntie Annes. I can eat like 5 of those mother F-ers with a huge coke. I ate a Double Whopper with cheese and onion rings today and it killed me. I crashed for like 2 hours and couldn't wake up, then I ate a plate of spaghetti and a bunch of bread, then came home and had a glass of Grapefruit juice, 10oz of lean ground beef, a bowl of Life with 2% leche, and a Pro Complex shake. I am gonna have a great poop tomorrow.
 
I like pizza or I go to Sizzler and gorge myself--all you can eat salad bar with a 12 oz sirloin steak.
