I've been going back and forth on whether or not to use dnp again. I used it my whole cycle last time and found that i had no improvement on my lifts. I actually got weaker.... I have found that carb dieting and dnp is not beneficial. You do need to eat more carbs on dnp. I've become very accustomed to my diet and dont want to go back to eating carbs. Im actually afraid of sugar/carbs because i find them very addictive.

The following is a quote i found from animal's manual:

"DNP is anti-proteolytic which means it uses carbohydrates or fats exclusively to supply energy for the mitochondria and does not facilitate muscle breakdown, however, this does not therefore mean DNP is positive for muscle building. The cells are running on overdrive and they are not going to be looking to make themselves bigger which requires even more energy."

So, keeping this in mind. I believe its more conducive to use dnp off cycle. I know this sounds a little scary because the common belief is that dnp will burn muscle tissue. But that is not true, just read the above statement.
 
I think Dnp would be good for really fat people who do not want to exercise. If you got weaker with no improvements on your lifts, thats telling you something. Proof is always in the pudding
 
I have never used that poison, nor will I ever consider it.. and I really do not think people should use it.. anything DNP can do for you.. YOU CAN DO FOR YOURSELF w/ a proper diet/training/supplementation program.. seriously why put that poison into ?? To burn FAT really really quick??

There's an article in the new IRONMAN Mag.. about DNP and Diuretics ... and about how they are the REAL DANGERS in this sport.. Not AAS.. Not PEPTIDES... NOT GH or IGF...

Seriously.. Your life means more than some bullshit poison that gives you results you are capable of with hardwork...

its funny how many people are against the use of dnp.

I lost a pound of fat a day while using it.
 
Just got done with a 12 day DNP cycle, sides were bad for me, extremely tired, night sweats beyond belief and only 4lbs lost, I just ended last night so in 48 more hours I should see some more lost weight in the form of water retention. Dosage started low, 100mg first two days then 200 for two more than 300, then 400 and finished at 600. I wasnt all too impressed, plus I ate carbs like crazy and could not control myself, It also caused me to go hypoglycemic after a couple days of hard training. I am still figuring this shit out.
