Guys I will be headed out to California on Monday to do a shoot with Muscle and Fitness. It will be in the March 2009 issue where i feature expert back and chest workout.

I shoot tuesday and Monday I will be training at Golds Gym. So if any of you guys are in the area let me know and we can train together
