Extreme Fitness is the competitors stompin ground...I'm sure with all the knowledge & advice in that place he'll do well

Ed Roberts 3 Weeks out updated pics.

Got some pics tonight and Ed is down to 212lbs. With 3 weeks to go he is gonna get down to 198lbs.

looking good

I agree brutha, He just has to Tweeek a couple things for his Mandatorys, like covering his abs too much when doing most muscular, and holding hands too high during his lat spreads, and he tends to forget about his legs when an upper body mandatory is called out, and lastly he rounds his back too much when doing back lat spread but with 3 weeks to go I know he'll tweek/fix those little things with no problem at all!

Ok Ed Roberts 16 days out from 1st show and 23 days out from 2nd show

I noticed right away how much leaner he was today just in his face alone, anyhow he is 207lbs in these pics taken today and he is shooting for 198lbs for weigh ins and im sure he'll make that no problem at all!

More, also looks like his glutes are gonna be pretty tight as well as his lower back which was concerning at first glance weeks ago,

ok probably last pics until the show, got these pics yesterday March 29th 5 days out from New York Show and Ed is sitting at 202lbs as

might have missed it but how tall is Ed? Man hes looking great especialy for his age.

Wow... kid is looking outstanding!! I wish him the best of luck, but from the looks of it, he probably won't need any luck at all.

Wow, he's totally got this! Like I said before, I haven't seen too many teens in NJ that look like that. What age did he start lifting at?

Couple more days to til the Mets... lots of luck, Ed!!
