Did you say the show was in November? What stage are you in right now, still bulking? How far out do you start cutting?
 
im 21 weeks out. just started to clean everything up. added 30 min of low intensity cardio 5 days a week and a shit load of vitamins. my diet still the same. started a month of pct to balance out my levels before we start the prep for the show. 250 hcg and 100clomid a day. i never consider myself cutting or bulking. im always trying to make gains even when i get ready for shows. Just try to get rid of the fat.
 
14 and half week update to the Eastern USAs. 256 this morning. metabolism starting to kick up daily. Got my killer gear plan and diet from my trainer. up to 45 min cardio 5 days a week. Check back weekly now on to see the progress.

dont know 2years ago i barely made 198 light heavy, my trainer thinks ill be between 215and 220. i really dont care just want to be harder than i ever been.
