here r my latest update pics a little over weeks to go until the big day. Lighting blurs out the pics some but you can still see where im at. Im 225 pounds.My condition gets beter by the minute and im getting harder and harder. Ive never been in this condition this far out from a show in the past so im very pleased. Holding a lil water in my midsection but thats easy to get rid of the week of the show. Happy this year i moved up to heavy weight so shouldn't have to worry about making weight. Still on track to be around 215. Check out the leg hamstring sweep on the side tricep pose. I never had that poppin before.

looking damn good Ken! Lighting does suck but u can still tell you have made big improvements from last pics! And YES your sweep looks OK I guess, But i've seen bigger legs hanging out of a nest! lmao just kidding ofcourse brutha, looking real good!
3 week update
im gonna be jumping in a warm up show this saturday, The Gold's Classic in Brick NJ. Im really excited to get back on stage and battle after 2 years off. # weeks to go until main show and everything looks on schedule. Still holding water in my midsection but will drop that easy. Here r a few peeks at my legs. Don't think many guys will have quads like mine in the show, but u never know. Check back sunday to see results and contest pics. My weight is coming down perfect. 222 today.

Lookin good Big Ken
Seen him tonight, looking real good. he is doing a prep show/ dry run tomorrow. Pretty sure its the Golds classic show in Brick, NJ. I know we have alot of Jersey guys here, so if you see him UP there make SURE YOU GET LOUD!

Did a good warm up show, Gold's classic, yesturday. Glad i did it caus ei needed to get the stage feeling again. I weighed in at 215. I finished 2nd in the heavies. My class winner won the show. I lloked pretty good, just didnt deplete or anything so not my best. I got alot of good feed back from some pretty high officails in the NPC. Things r looking really good for my last 3 weeks going into the Eastern USA. Here r some backstage pics. Think i might be geading down to light heavy. If i get there i think i will be pretty hard to beat.
