Great times
I can understand that. Pretty impressive you got to the 4 min. mark. It's a lot harder than it seems, but I'm still working towards my goal of 3 min. Check back in a year, lol4 minutes straight is my physical limit. No rest sets. I really don't care to experience the pain past that point.
I just finished my 3 sets on my 3rd (non consecutive) day of this.
1: 2:32
2: 2.02
3: 2:01.
I figure the rapid increase in times must be more of a head thing than a physical thing. Though the shaking doesn't start until close to the he 1st minute on the 1st set. 30 seconds or so by the 3rd. I really can't believe that kind of improvement is physical strength; it HAS to be a head thing. For sure my 1st day to 2nd day improvements were a head thing after my "laughed at" episode with my wife! lol! That still cracks me up.....
I am feeling it, though. My midsection definitely has some muscle soreness.
No clue what this is. I'll have to look it up. I'm guessing I'm not quite ready for this one yet, lolMy planks have evolved into frog stands for 15 sec.
