Hi guys, i am very happy with my progress and it is always the carb, loading that demages all my year efforts, it doesnt work to me....period and i am attaching photos from the day before the show to show you.
My trainer's plan had no difference and what i could choose for one of my guys.
It was:
Sund and mond and Tuesd: 100 gr of carbs
Wed: 200 gr of carbs
Thursd: 350 gr
Frid: 500 gr
It was working untill saturday at 4 am i was looking the same as this pictures and then around 9 am i noticed the water reatention, i had no Cheat load, nothing but raw food.
Sorry for disapoint you my friends, evcerythig was coming alone with good impoirvements and results and pum!!!
It is amnaizing!!!! you can even see my glutes were almost dry and got better from the pics i posted of 6 days before the show... all desapear...i am so pissed but i am happy, my new sponsor is raising my contract and wants me to do 2 shows next year so that is what really matters anad i will keep doing my best.
